Our Story
412 LIVE was born from a simple but powerful realization: communities are being left behind as the economy transforms toward advanced manufacturing, automation, and technology-driven industries.
While innovation accelerates in sectors like composites, robotics, and sustainable construction, many neighborhoods lack access to the training, resources, and networks needed to participate in this new economy.
412 LIVE bridges this gap as an independent nonprofit organization. We connect underserved communities directly to emerging opportunities in workforce development. Our name reflects our commitment: 4 core values (compassion, community, dignity, innovation), 1 unified mission (empowerment through education), and 2 pathways (training and community development) that create lasting change.
